Cait’s Fit Bites are handcrafted protein snacks made with whole, clean ingredients to fuel busy lives. What started as a homemade snack for family and friends has grown into a health-focused treat you can feel good about. Every bite is crafted to nourish both body and soul.
My Story
For over a decade, I fought a battle with an eating disorder that consumed nearly every part of me. It shaped how I saw myself, how I lived, and how I thought about food and health. Recovery wasn’t easy—but it gave me something priceless: perspective. Without it, I wouldn’t have been able to create the life I’m living today. It taught me that true health isn’t about deprivation, punishment, or chasing perfection. It’s about nourishment, strength, and fueling a life you actually love living.
When I became a mom, everything deepened. Infertility broke me in ways I didn’t expect, and when I finally became pregnant, I made a promise: I would do better—not just for me, but for my kids. Motherhood changed everything. Nursing left me ravenous, sleep deprivation left me drained, and yet I didn’t want to reach for ultra-processed snacks that left me hungrier 20 minutes later. I needed something that was convenient, nourishing, and actually supported my energy, milk supply, and performance in the gym. That’s how Cait’s Fit Bites were born. Out of late nights, early mornings, and a deep desire to fuel my body in a way that aligned with my values.
Each bite is made with intention: high in protein, crafted from simple, whole ingredients, and designed to leave you feeling satisfied—not sluggish. To this day, I enjoy and rely on them daily—to fuel my fitness goals in the gym, to keep my sweet tooth in check, and to give me a pick-me-up when life gets busy. The best part? My toddlers devour them too. They’ve become a staple not just for me, but for my family.
Cait’s Fit Bites aren’t just snacks—they’re a reflection of my journey. From brokenness to recovery, from infertility to motherhood, from struggling to thriving. My hope is that when you enjoy them, you don’t just taste a protein bite—you feel a little bit of the resilience, healing, and heart that went into them.
